Every order gets a tracking number linked to the shipping service. Framed artworks are shipped with insurance. At the moment I accept orders from Germany only.

• Germany: 25 €

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Please note that as a small business owner, I do not report sales tax.

PACKAGE

I carefully package each order. Paper artworks are shipped rolled in a square tube. Framed artwork arrives in a sturdy carton box.

RETURN POLICY

In the unfortunate case of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact me within 7 days of reception.

Also, if you would like to return an artwork, contact me within 7 days of reception to check for the return address. Then within 14 days of reception, make sure to return the artwork in its original condition to the confirmed address. Please note that the customer covers the cost of return, and will be reimbursed only for the price paid for the artwork excluding the shipping costs.
